Flying High

I did a story for The Knoxville News Sentinel a couple of years ago when I was an intern in the web department about the new skate park. It was a multimedia story, which you can view here, and I really had a great time getting to know the some of the local skaters and the guys who made the project such a success. I understand they have completed phase II of the park and recently opened another park in a different part of town. It’s a great resource for these kids and the group that started it is doing a great job of keeping the community involved in it’s development.
